Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be covered fully or partially. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates for psychotherapy services. Here are some questions you may want to ask your provider:
For clients with out-of-network insurance, a Superbill (an itemized receipt) can be provided that you may submit for potential reimbursement.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: To provide all clients with the time and attention they deserve, we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Sliding Scale
Connection Therapy & Wellness is committed to making counseling accessible. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Please feel free to inquire about availability and eligibility during your consultation.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under federal law, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
As a client, you have the right to:
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Be sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
